HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS?
Once your consultation fee is paid, we begin the process of finding and securing your new home. Once we identify your home, we can usually get the approval within 1 or 2 business days. Your move in date depends on the move-in date provided by property management.
WHAT IF I LIVE IN A STATE THAT YOU DON'T CURRENTLY SERVICE?
If you currently live in a state that we do not currently service, please reach out to us anyhow, as we may be motivated to add your state if we get enough requests. Otherwise, you will have to choose a place to live in a state that we currently service.
WHEN AM I REQUIRED TO PAY THE CONSULTATION FEE?
Our consultation fee needs to be paid by you, in-full before we start the process of finding and securing your home.
IS THERE A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK?
There is a criminal background check performed. However, unless you've been convicted of a violent felony, more than likely you will get approved.

WHAT IF MY HOME OF CHOICE IS NOT APPROVED?
There is a separate application fee applied to every home that you want us to help secure. You are responsible for this application fee.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
There is no refund policy for our services. Once you pay your consultation fee, our service begins and we will not stop services until we obtain the home you desire.
